In this seminar we review the process of building new facilities and remodeling or expanding existing facilities. The United Methodist procedures as listed in the Book of Discipline are also reviewed. Other topics covered include: working with an architect, obtaining loans, managing capital fund campaigns and working hand in hand with the Texas Annual Conference Center for Congregational Excellence. |
